To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHASE Beverages is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of use of our site or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
