We want you to enjoy every can. If something isn't right, here's exactly what to do.

1. Eligibility
We accept returns for damaged, defective or wrong items shipped from drinkchase.in. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with unboxing photos or videos where possible.
Because CHASE is a consumable beverage, opened cans and change-of-mind returns are not eligible.
2. How to request
Email support@drinkchase.in with your order ID, the reason for return and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team responds within 2 business days.
3. Refund timelines
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank posting timelines depend on your card issuer or UPI provider.
4. Replacements
For damaged or defective units, we usually ship a replacement at no extra cost after verification. Where a replacement is not possible we issue a full refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Write to us as soon as possible at support@drinkchase.in — we will confirm cancellation and refund the full amount.
